What happens next
What happens to my information?
- Your Supports collect information about your goals. They write down how you are doing.
- Orion Quality Consulting reviews three months of information. Three months is one quarter of a year.
- Orion Quality Consulting makes graphs and writes a Quarterly Report. The report is prepared for your Provider.
- The report helps show your progress. You and your Circle of Supports can talk about your goal.

- Orion Quality Consulting does not use your information for advertising.
